Mine arrive that way, there is no sealed plastic packaging on the paste tube inside the box and the boxes are not sealed to be unopenable prior to use. Don't worry.
Get a nebulizer. And nebulize a mixture of saline and hydrogen peroxide 7:1. Add a drop of iodine. Do this several times a day. Can also nebulize a good pure source of nano particle colloidal silver. As always, do your own research. I’ve had a good experience with the nebulizer even if I’m just getting a tickle in my throat or some sinus stuff going on. All the best to you and your family.

If your mom has had it for a week, please get her a pulse oximeter to keep an eye on her oxygen saturation. If she gets covid induced pneumonia and you don't stay on top of things by following some of the good advice here, you might have to take her to the hospital and that could end badly.

And vitamin D makes a HUGE difference but just as important is getting a large enough dose, I take 3200iu, reduced it to half that because(Sun/summer/vit-D) and my summer was kind of a lethargic waste, went back to 3200iu and it was LIKE FLIPPING A FUCKING SWITCH so not getting enough appears to be a noticeable problem...
But I'd try the other ones first because pills are so much easier, and only do this if breathing becomes difficult or the ivermectin doesn't help or isn't available.
