All of the EO's he's enacted/reversed since January.

Mandate may not have been the exact right word to use, but he is passing executive orders. Here's a list:

Even a fake president shouldn't have this sort of power.

It's not about dooming, it's about acknowledging that Biden is passing orders as a president that the whole nation is agreeing with. By definition, that sort of puts him at a position of authority.

Moreover, many executive orders do not really align with the whitehats plans:

EO 14043: Requiring Coronavirus Disease 2019 Vaccination for Federal Employees

EO 14027: Establishment of the Climate Change Support Office

EO 14026: Increasing the Minimum Wage for Federal Contractors

EO 14021: Guaranteeing an Educational Environment Free From Discrimination on the Basis of Sex, Including Sexual Orientation or Gender Identity

EO 14020: Establishment of the White House Gender Policy Council

EO 14006: Reforming Our Incarceration System To Eliminate the Use of Privately Operated Criminal Detention Facilities

And so on.

You have to acknowledge that many of these would not have been passed when trump was in office.

The details of these are even more damning.
