Sounds like my former company, Lockheed Martin, who just went vax mandate. I know one former (vested - 15yr) colleague who's decided to quit instead, 4 more retiring sooner than orig planned.

Nobody should EVER quit, make them fire you. That gives you a much stronger case for a lawsuit.

That’s why there’s no workers. Baby boomers are 30 percent of adult population and they all retired early.
