They are trying to shake you of your shares right now. There aren't any shares to buy, so they need to create Fear...to get you to sell.

Because the volume traded is higher than the Outstanding Shares - Restricted Shares...which is called the Float

The DWAC float is something like 29 million shares. Last week it was doing a half a billion shares.
