Just got my vax mandate notice...Dec 8th deadline if waiver not approved.
I am seeing about 100 million are covered by vaccine mandate between civilian, contractor, healthcare, etc.... what percent do you think quit workforce or do you think they back off?
What are the ramifications of 25 million high paying jobs dissapearing?
I dont see anyway it is sustainable. That is enough job loss that local economies will even feel it.
I am drawing the line and am getting all sorts of pushback. Expecting to be canned at anytme. We are surrounded by psychopaths, they do not care how many jobs are lost, as long as they remain in control, fat and happy. Hang in there fren!
they want to know what people are doing now. i suggest stringing management along while talking to your coworkers about not getting the jab and waiting until Dec 8th to tell management.
The people that they're targeting are not people who are easily replaced.

It is sad when people's livelihoods are molested, but I will say there is quite a bit of fluff we can part with. I'm in Eastern WA where there is a high number of federal employees and contractors. They all have one thing in common, they all complain that the site is run in a ridiculous fashion. Get rid of 25% of them and it could still operate no problem. Lots of pork fat when unions have any say. I would wait it out until they give you a clearly worded termination letter that gives specific clearly worded reasons of said termination. Def use that vacation time starting now just in case!!!

The questions to get a religious exemption are ludicrous, and illegal … and come down from central fed documents. I have literally heard they want to cap percentages of religious exemptions and medical exemptions excepted to like 15%.
Religious exemptions aren’t requested, they are exerted. But I will get denied and make them fire me I guess.
