Mike's putting all his eggs in one basket and that basket is the SCOTUS. We've been nothing but disappointed with them and everyone of Trumps picks for SCJ has been an abject failure in one way or another. Trust me I don't want to doom over this because I believe Mike is 100% doing the right thing and the SCOTUS needs to also do the right thing but I have almost zero faith in the SCOTUS to actually do the right thing at this point.
Mike has stated on his show if it doesn’t pan out with SCOTUS they have back-up plans being worked.
I hope it's a good backup plan because I really think SCOTUS is not going to go for it.
