I personally don't believe that. I'm sure there ARE a lot of Mexicans that vote like that, but the evidence is mounting that the majority of people who vote, regardless of race/ethnicity, vote republican, and only a small minority of people vote for democrats. The rest of their "votes" come from cheating. In fact, if you actually look at the "official" stats, Mexicans, blacks, pretty much ever demographic except asians have been voting more and more conservative every election on every level of government. Hence the gradual increase in cheating to keep up the illusion of places like california being "blue",
