I know not exactly on topic for the board, but I trust most pedes on here more than any doctors or medical people right now. So with that being said, my wife and I are about to being another pure blood into the world and i was wonder if any of the health experts on here can tell me if prenatals are a good idea and if so a good brand to look for. I literally have nearly zero trust for most companies pushing anyhting now days, because they all seemed to be owned by terrible companies.

Prenatals are good - find a very highly rated brand, limited process junk, but more importantly, focus on the mom's sleep and health. Make sure she's eating what she WANTS to eat. (One of our kids she couldn't get enough fruits and veggies... another kids she couldn't eat enough meat). She'll know what she wants. Mix it up as much as you can and keep it clean/healthy. High in fruits/veggies if she can stomach it, but don't forget about super foods (Chia seeds, eggs, leafy greens, chicken, salmon, asparagus)....
Get the exercise in. Nothing crazy. Just go on walks together. Lots of water and fresh air!
Avoid extreme temps and processed food!
