Raw meat. Raw eggs. Skip the dairy, drop the leaves and sticks.
Hear me out: I’ve done zero carb carnivore on raw meat only, seared blue rare steak with over easy eggs and cooked dairy, and mostly cooked.
On raw meat I felt extremely clear, balanced and at peace. My photos from that period I looked 10 years younger.
Partly cooked + dairy , I did okay and lost weight but found myself constantly craving more dairy and feeling sluggish (relative to raw) and digestion wasn’t the best.
On cooked I had way too low energy and had vapid thirst.
If you want to do zero carb carnivore I highly recommend doing mostly raw. You’re gonna thrive after the adaption phase. Then once the Candida reverts back to yeast form you can do some raw fruit here and there.
