It wasn't an "over people".

It was an "in addition to".

It's like crime. There are thieves/pickpockets who won't kill. There are murderers who would never touch a child, etc.

And you might have a pedophile that would never speed in his vehicle.

I wish I could say Mengele has fauci beat by regarding amount of deaths... But, it's looking like fauci will win the numbers game.
