Reading through some of the translated news stories, it sounded like the civilian/military "commission" running the country was getting some Soros taint all over it.
Reports of the commission taking bribes, turning a blind eye at obvious corruption, issuing do-nothing contracts, bringing in outside "consultants". I'm not so sure the coup is to return things to "the way they were", but to cut off a political process that was being hijacked.
I think the media decrying the coup as a bad thing- trying to stop the march of democracy, serves as a key piece of evidence supporting my theory.
