Unless the girl admitted to anything the boy and his lawyer are saying, it's all heresy. Even if she did consent previously, she definitely didn't after. Lawyers who defend rapists and try to equate one consential encounter with a non-consensual encounter are no better than the rapist they defend. This is one part of the "justice" system I have never understood. I don't think any other sex assault victim has understood this, either.
