Yes. Once you download Active Trader Pro, you'll be able to buy stocks (DWAC, GME, etc.) through IEX. I cannot emphasize enough the importance of using IEX, as it keeps the bad guys' paws off the stock where they manipulate it to your disadvantage.
Select "Trade and Orders" tab... then select "Directed Trade and Extended Hours"
Ticker, Action, Order, Route
Change "Route" from "AUTO" to "IEX", complete trade
BONUS POINTS
After you've bought GME through Fidelity, transfer a good percentage to GameStop's "Transfer Agent" (ComputerShare) where the stock will now actually be in YOUR NAME.
I'm not sure who the Transfer Agent is for DWAC.
