It's natures subconscious way of making those people self-identify as a cunt.

Same thing happens with males in skinny jeans and man-buns, or females with blue/green/purple/pink/unnatural hair and tattoos/multiple piercings being fundamentally crazy/narcissistic/manic in some way.
