That's the reason for the delays. EVERY ONE of them are being monitored 24/7.
Everything is being recorded.

By now, Schiff has probably been caught a few dozen times providing classified documents to the media, colluding with others to violate U.S. laws, etc... .

His pencil neck is already in a noose, whether he knows it or not. His tribunal will be quick. Play back the recordings... read a few of his emails to the tribunal... and then vote to execute Schiff for treason.
