Rittenhouse’s lawyers can refer to the men he shot as "rioters" and "looters," but prosecutors may not call them "victims" at any time during the upcoming trial, the judge ruled.

No… identifying the rioting pedos as victims would be though, as that language would prejudice the jury. Calling them rioters though is ok cause they were identified as rioting.
