Since his crimes are obvious - we should discover those governing bodies that should be placing him under arrest and expose them for their complicity. The people in these organizations should be outed and humiliated. They should be made miserable for their dereliction of duty.

The people have to make the change, the White Hats can only guide this controlled demolition and bring us to the precipice at which point 90-95% of people turn against the black hats.
