I think y'all are taking this too literally. Maybe they are threatening a major destruction event or maybe this is symbolism.

The symbolism of 'nuclear bombs' starting a tidal wave that destroys the UN and our false leaders and puts a new political class in it's place sounds EXACTLY like what's going on right now with declas and GME.

It could be that the White Hats took the plan of the Black Hats and spun it through the Looking Glass to mirror it back upon the Black Hats.
