No, not likely. It is possible though. Consider if Kamala is gone for whatever reason - there is now a vacancy at VP. Joe nominates a new VP and both branches of CONgress vote on it (simple majority in both). Now lets say CONgress can't or won't approve whoever Joe selects and something happens to Joe as well while the VP slot is vacant (probably shouldn't have said "VP slot"...). Pelosi or whoever is SoH would become president, and then she would also pick a VP and CONgress would again have to approve/deny the new VP pick. So Pelosi could become President, but the only real way (other than a BAD election) she could become VP is if Kamala is gone, Joe picks Pelosi, and CONgress approves.
