Why would ANYTHING else besides the Vaccine be maligned...?

Ivermectin...?

Monoclonal Antibodies...? for Example...

If it was about Public health wouldn't it be All hands on deck...?

Wouldn't it be all of the above approach and more if it could potentially save lives...?

WHY is it ONLY the Vaccine OR ELSE...!?!?
