I'm in a blue state u/Oh_Well_Ian and have done essentially the same thing since Jan 2020 although I did mask up early on. Not masked for the last 18 months though and a surprising number here do the same. Big difference though between last year, early this year, and now. Then the masked were defiant, they just knew they were on the right side of history. Now they seem beaten, rarely does one make eye contact. I did however get a nod from an unmasked woman in the market, we're in the same club apparently. We've truly separated into 2 tribes; it's easy to spot who's who. I am certain I'm way happier in mine than they theirs.
