Yep. The place I work for talks a good game about being woke and diverse but at the end of the day its all metrics based and is still somewhat of a meritocracy. Maybe not when it comes to promotions but I would rather stick needles in my eyes then be in middle management as a white straight male. All it would take is one accusation of rayciiiisssss and I am pretty happy about not taking on that sort of responsibility
