I work for a giant supply chain, and I will never name the supply chain I work for. It is competitive and it is successful, that is all I will say to avoid doxxing myself.
First off, I can tell you confidently the WORKERS are majority ANTI-VAX, and overwhelmingly anti vax. I am a manager so I know this information first hand (I should not know this information, but forced to ask employees. If I trust them, I say good job when they say no. If I don’t trust them, I say it’s your choice just doing my job).
But my confusion is the fact the overtime here is absolutely bonkers and the main reason people quit here because of the mandatory overtime. We are never out of work, and in fact we are getting more work then ever. I just am very confused here on the front lines.
Please offer me perspective.
Our shelves aren't bare, bit certain sections of every store aisle are empty. It's cyclical, too. On week it may be paper products, the next maybe meats, the following week may be frozen goods, etc. But, WE ARE OPEN FOR BUSINESS.
No time like the present to move down here if you're looking for respite from the Looney Left, looking for work, etc.
