Among the worst effects - on the human psyche - caused by porn is the dissolution of wholeness. We are happiest, healthiest, most contributing and in the peak of our productivity when we are 'whole'.
MIND aligned with BODY aligned with SOUL aligned in INTENTION aligned with CREATOR aligned with REALITY. This is a scriptural or "whole" way to live. 'Double-mindedness' is death.
Of course, all of this is obvious but it's worth revisiting. AND, it's worth revisiting that porn is very MUCH a contributor to the destruction of our social cohesion.
Porn is anti-female
Porn is anti-male
Porn is anti-children
Porn is anti-sexual
Porn is anti-human
Porn is anti-social
Porn is anti- (human) relationship
Porn is anti- (human) trust
And, from another direction -
Porn does NOTHING to counter human trafficking
Porn does NOTHING to counter pedophilia and child sex-slavery
Porn does NOTHING to counter political/religious/institutional corruption
Porn does NOTHING to counter racial hatred, domestic violence or problems with mental health.
Our minds are PRECIOUS territory and you and I DARE NOT allow our minds to be occupied by slave-traders and enemies of human freedom.
Dear OP, from my point of view - and I have no sauce to offer - porn contributes to a mindset of "anything goes" & "I'm not hurting anyone else". Jeremiah 17:9 warns us, "the mind is deceitful above all things"; so then, we DARE NOT try to live without the rock of the Holy, Written Word of our Beloved Lord. While in Scripture, we might find examples of depravity, in the Word of God, none of us can ever find justification for sex crimes/ slavery, pedophilia, incest, etc.
That said, a mind confused with "anything goes" and "I'm not hurting anyone else" could be easily led to indulge in the very activities you've mentioned. Now, I'm quoting Scripture out of context but I believe it still is true: "God is NOT the author of confusion" [1Cor. 14:33]. It is NOT God our precious Heavenly Father that leads us to such heart-break and wickedness. Let us be single-minded in our relationship with the ONLY Triune, Holy, Just and Loving God. No One else is like Him. He is FAITHFUL and TRUE!
AND, in case you didn't see the incredible post by u/FractalizingIron - from earlier this week, it is WELL worth a read; about stepping UP and (though not specifically) rebuking such nonsense as porn and (HUZZAH!!) TAKING RESPONSIBILITY:
See? You've become a teacher. What you've written resonates with me. Up to now, I've always thought of horses as being just big, beautiful, lovable creatures for brushing, feeding, watering and exercising, lovingly. I've always thought they look to us for stewardship and care-giving. There was a time when I wanted to be a farrier because I thought I could help them be their best. No doubt, they might have been instrumental in my own care and healing. Their "shoe" (metaphorically) might have wound up on another foot... ;)

WE HAVE WORK TO DO! MAGA-A!
Thank you for that, sincerely. Do you think porn increases sex crimes/ slavery, pedophilia, incest, etc?
