Anything organic, non-GMO, soy free, no high fructose corn syrup and no weird chemicals in the ingredients. I found a bunch to try in our local whole grocer store.

I’m trashing the Sweet Baby Rays in our kitchen right now. Can only imagine what is in it under the “Natural Flavor” ingredient. No joke.
