Every fast food joint I’ve ordered a beef patty at (I’m on carnivore/keto diet), after eating many beef patties in my life, can confirm the beef is real, the cheese…. …. Well, it kinda taste like plastic.
They can be one in the same, what do you know about the carnivore / keto diet? Have you looked into McDonald's beef and which farm the meat comes from. It is the perfect on the road choice (Wendy's preferred) to eat. It has to do with eliminating carbs, sugar, and increasing fat intake. The liver will change from processing sugars and carbs to processing proteins and fats. The meat you get from fast food is not different from the meat you get at the grocery store. Unless you are buying meat from a known farmer, where you know how that cow was raised, then you can't speak to quality of meats. I'm not saying you should live off wendy's meat, not because it's bad, but because it's expensive. Tell me how I'm wrong, please. I've done a ton of research on this topic, will debate this topic, and I have a friend who's balls deep (1,000's of hours) into Keto/Carnivore. Blanket statements are stupid, you need to provide some meat to your argument, or no one will (should) take you serious.
