The first medical process manager (they aren't 'doctors' anymore) was desperate for The Voice of Authority to make up more believable lies about the "vaccine" efficacy so that he can feel better about being a mass murderer.

What they actually can't prove without serious manipulation of the statistics is that the "vaccine" has any positive benefits at all.
