These are specific red shoes. There are pictures of some of these so called "elite" scumbags standing around at an event. All wearing matching red leather shoes. I know some Q posts show the pictures. Not sure which ones though.

The leather is human. Supposedly it's a trophy for them when they do unthinkable things to kids or whoever unfortunately falls into their grasps. It signifies what they have done to attain a certain level in their twisted hierarchy.
