One that I talked to is very good friends with people in HR in a major corporation. I am not going to mention the name here but it is a major corporation that is very well known. This person I talked to completely agrees with me about the vax. This person also knows of my friend that passed away.
According to this person the corporation has a problem. They were considering pushing the mandate but as of this week throughout the country only 30% of their employees are vaxxed.
They cannot stay in business if they push the mandate.
The media is lying to us. The unvaxxed are the majority.
I thought that some here would find this encouraging.
Ditto here. They had a Zoom call with the CEO, head of HR and legal. CEO opens with a statement that they did not want to get into the politics and they were not implementing a mandate but that they needed to 'get ahead of the OSHA thing' and therefore needed everyone's status. 80% of the company is working at home across the country. Usually a town hall meeting the chat is quiet with just the brown nosers commenting. This time the questions were flying. People openly asking if they would be fired. We were supposed to have it in by past Monday (they only announced it the previous Thursday). I have ignored it. No one has said a word.
(When the legal person started the party line of vaccine safety, it is probably a good thing everyone was muted because I yelled at the computer and shut it off for the rest of the day. )
There is no “OSHA thing.” I would HR to forward the “OSHA thing” to my employment attorney, and start lining up another job.
