Don't take the pyrantel. Pyrantel is a wormer made for tapeworms. It might not hurt you, but I have not read of it ever being given to humans in any form.
I use only the Ivermectine, it will not dissolve in coffee, haven't tried other drinks. It is great with P,B, and J in the afternoon. I use apple butter and cant even taste it.

We give our dog Heartgard Plus to protect against heartworm.
The active ingredients are Ivermectin and pyrantel. A search confirms pyrantel is an anti-parasitic and is prescribed for humans as well as animals.
I don't see any reason to take it but if you do, it would make sense to research it a bit and be clear on the dosing.
Typically we were taught to rotate the type of wormer you give your horses.
