I'm a happy cook in the kitchen. I'm currently making a chicken broth with the collected bones of three chickens. Then you add whatever you desire. Stir it around and then have a bowl with toasted bread and butter.

I'm Canadian, the feasts been served up here already. I'd happily share an American one in spirit of Shared holiday. Even if held in different months.

Thinking about re-visiting some of the side dishes. New and improved sweet potato dish, Cooks Illustrated green bean casserole (reinvented version). I've oddly never made it. etc.
