Any free speech site is often monitored by intelligence agencies around the world and they post that awful stuff to stop people from going.

I believe Q first posted on 4chan and then to 8chan because it was considered compromised. Then 8chan was reborn as 8kun because of some government/cloud flare interference that tried to take the site down permanently.
