Just had to purchase a new vehicle because mine was gasping its last, and I figured buying a car was better than getting my unrealized gains taxed.
The new Mazdas, Acuras, and Mitsubishis all have cameras that monitor your driving.
They claim it’s just to tell you if you’re fatigued based on your facial expressions and eye movements. It flashes a warning that you “need to take a break.”
This is SUCH bull. I’m sick of being watched and monitored in everything I do.
Yikes! I have a two year old mazda & it will brake for you if you are too close to another car. It’s constantly telling me to brake —annoying but fortunately it’s not openly tracking my alertness! Alcohol monitoring is next.
