If you live in Florida, Tarpon Springs is home of the sponge divers/docks. Endless supply of natural sponges at all the little gift shops there. It’s worth a trip. Great food etc. largest Greek community in the nation.
You’re welcome! Tarpon is a great place to bring a date, I’ve found and always a good time for out-of-town family and friends visiting. There’s so much to look at, food to try, bars and usually music and you can take boat rides. The old downtown has a lot of unusual shops. It’s always a blast and you can park and walk to almost everything. It’s very hot in the summer months but Oct thru April is beautiful. There’s a fudge shop there my parents used to buy fudge from and ship it to me when I was in the MC. It was made not to melt in high heat, was so awesome. Also they had a big Trump store before the election. Not sure if it’s still up but a lot of the people I’ve talked to working in the stores are Trump supporters. You can tell because they sell a lot of Trump merchandise and they’re not afraid to put it in windows etc. Also, I didn’t see many masks last time I was there. It seemed like life was normal. One last thing... Lake Tarpon is fantastic for Bass fishing etc.
Early 30s, hair starts thinning on top. I tried a few different products for a couple years that were supposed to slow it, but it kept getting worse. Stopped using shampoo altogether about 15 months ago, hair feels better than ever, isn't a greasy mess like big shampoo wants you think, stopped thinning, and is even starting to grow back.
For a while yeah. Your hair produces oils to protect itself, and (this is my guess) when they get mixed together with the shit we put in it, it can feel greasy. So then we wash the stuff our body made and put in stuff thats supposed to do the same thing. I think it's the mixture that feels greasy, because once I had no shampoo, gel, or conditioner left in my hair it doesn't get greasy through the day. Obviously ymmv
Adam Carolla espouses essentially this, but hasn't made mention of thinning hair. When he showers, which isn't often, he gets the water about as hot as he can handle and uses that to rinse his hair.
Don't want ta brag but I invented hollow soap. When you get to the end of the bar there is nothing there instead of that little piece that's too small to use and just makes a damn mess.
Ha! I was just commenting to someone today about this very thing. Was trying to clean up a spill and the darn "sponge" made more of a mess than what I was trying to clean up. Bits everywhere!
Art supply store like Michael’s or Hobby Lobby. They will be next to the paint brushes, palettes knives and palette trays.

Guess I’ll start using Spongebob to wash my dishes for now on.
I'll add to this. Shampoo is a psyop.

Where did you find a sponge that big? I went to Home Depot once, thinking I might find a hand-sized one there. No luck.
Thanks for the tip, fren!
