This was posted a bit earlier on patriots.win, showing the boat radar/tracking system for ships all making a beeline for FL, TX and other ports in the gulf area.
Also I've seen some discussions that apparently crane operators are part of this problem when it comes to ports like SF and LA. I'm sure they had vax mandates as well, that many refused and consequently are no longer are allowed to work, and that it is an incredibly irreplaceable skillset that simply cant just go to market for qualified operators. So likely the unloading as well as the freight portion also becomes a bottleneck.
