Paying illegals 450k per person is lunacy. What about struggling American citizens?

I put my dogs in a dog hotel when I go on trips. The only shot they need is rabies. I'm starting to think that big pharma must be controlling all these shots for our pets too. Do they really need all these drugs? My dogs are 15 and 13 and they act like puppies.
