We have an incumbent who was clearly put there. He's saying a lot of dumb shit. He's doing some things out of character for a swamp creature.

If things go well in Virginia, I think it's an indicator that people are being softly squeezed out. I think the same thing is happening in other states. I think we're going to see a lot fewer arrests (maybe none) than we want to, but that doesn't mean that the swamp isn't going to be drained.
Might be tactical good sense to separate them from the powerbase that being in office provides, first.
Push them out, then hammer them once they're in the open and out of cover/concealment.
