OSHA has already indicated that they will NOT be recording "recordables" in regard to vaccines, because doing so might be misconstrued into anti-vaccine misinformation.
if you work for a large company, theres a good chance that you fall under OSHA regulations. if thats true, start documenting and OSHA related problems at work, and then when this mandate goes into effect, flood the OSHA snitch line with actual OSHA violations.
So can employers opt to not follow this like the reporting of vaccine side effects from required ‘work related’ vaccinations?
