Just got my tube of ivermectin in today to go with the fenbendazole I got a week ago. Planning on taking doses of both this coming weekend.
From what I understand the ivermectin paste is at a .2mg/kg ratio, and having read resources that suggest .15mg/kg for individuals 84kg or more, I'm probably safe to take a dose equal to a horse of my body weight (roughly 100kg/220lbs).
The Fenbendazole paste (10% formulation) appears to be roughly twice as strong a mix per recommended dose for horse v humans. Having looked into the guy who cured his cancer with fenbendazole doses of 222mg, this mix would literally have like 11 222mg doses. Each gram of the paste counts for 100mg, and its a 25g tube.
So it sounds like I'll be taking a dose of ivermectin equivalent to about a 200-250lb horse, and 2 grams of fenbendazole paste (a dose roughly for a 100-150lb horse).
If anyone has experience, please let me know if my math is wrong or any suggestions/recommendations.
PS: both are unflavored pastes, so I'll probably have me some ice cream with it, 2 scoops.

I think for the Ivermectin that's how it's ratio'd, but the fenbendazole is definitely a higher concentration ratio. The whole tube of fenbendazole is rated for 1250lb horse, but a larger concentration per gram by far than IVM, even factoring in the higher recommended dose of FenB
I took an initial dose of ivm paste, 1.87% - supposed to be one notch of the syring per 100kg, but I took two notches. Worked a treat.
Well, the tube I got had 7 notches, and the full tube was for a 700kg horse, so I guess the moral of the story is to rtfm :)
I have had both, but not together. Not by any means saying you shouldn't, but die-off of parasites can be quite intense. I think each of these targets different parasites/worms so it could increase the reaction from the stuff they release as the paste works. None of this is medical advice, not a doctor etc... maybe i should do two weekends of one then two weekends of the other, wait a month, and do another month of weekend doses?
I couldn't say with any certainty, buy if you aren't sure I'd proceed on the side of caution.
Yeah they keep writing on the internet about the albendazole stuff that it can kill you if one of these parasites cysts erupts in your brain. They had it on doctor house one time. Where did you get fenbendazole? Tractor supply store?
Safeguard 10% from the internet. Only 10 bucks for a tube on ScAmazon.
I used Fenbendazole on my dog who had cancer. The dose for worming a dog was 1ml for each 4 lbs of body weight (of the liquid Panacur or Safeguard—same product, different market audience). The cancer dose would have been the equivalent for a 10lb dog, or 2.5 ml. I also use the liquid Panacur for a bitch who’s been bred from Day 40 until Day 14 post-whelp (day 40 to day 63 + 14) at the full worming dose with no adverse effects. My girl with cancer I started her out post diagnosis with 15 ml for the 37 days before I tapered back to 3x/week at the cancer dose of 2.5 ml.
Liquid Panacur has no bad taste (unlike toltrazural which doesn’t taste good). I don’t have on me right now the small dog packets of powder, and didn’t want to carry around the liquid, so I took a 3-day dose for 40lb dogs. Brought the packet into a store that allows customers to make smoothies and put the powder in before putting the cup in the machine. If I’d been asked, was going to say I was adding a supplement. Drank it down each day with no ill effects.
I will wait a couple weeks before I do Ivermectin. Then repeat the Fenbendazole in 3 weeks and then again in 2 months (killed the adult, get newly hatched before they can lay eggs, and get the final hatchers)—Happy New Yea!
I would not take both at the same time. You want to monitor your body’s reaction for the meds separate from one another.
