I currently live in the blue State of Minnesota, but I grew up in Iowa. I stumbled across the Iowa State motto today which I hadn’t seen in years but it has more meaning now than it ever has “Our Liberties we Praise, and our Rights we will Maintain“… it’s actually written on the Iowa flag and so therefore flies every day across the state. Thanks Iowa for reminding me what’s important… What are some other good state mottos!
