They make money in USA, live on very little, and send a large portion back. Them after 10 years they head back and "retire" while the next wave comes and does the same thing.

Taxing remittances reduces the amount they get to send back and helps offset the cost of illegals. I'm sure you know that illegals cost us billions of dollars a year.
