The problem is most state employment law allows for OSHA claims to be the basis for civil lawsuits.

All it will take is for some pro vax lefties to sue the companies and most would be bankrupted into oblivion.

That means companies will follow the OSHA ruling.

Private sector businesses are not experts in the constitution or looking to litigate a challenge to federal mandates.
