Instructions for tea:
Put one 1 tablespoon of seeds in bowl and crush them so that the oil inside is released. I use a mortar and pestle for this.
Put crushed seeds in a tea strainer or tea ball and put the strainer in a cup. Pour over boiling water in cup and let steep for 8 minutes

The tea tastes better. It tastes a bit like licorice (which I don't like). The vanilla extract helps make it taste more balanced.

I've always thought it was to help with getting to sleep and staying asleep, our bodies work best while under minimal load
