Look into extended fasting. It will help facilitate the process of disposing of old, damaged cells and produce new healthy cells capable of transporting more oxygen. This process is called apoptosis. I've been wondering this too. Considering the mRNA gene therapy only generates immunity against the S1 spike protein, I suppose testing antibodies against any of the other 20+ proteins would indicate whether the individual has been "vaccinated" vs has natural immunity.
