I would ask wbat guarantee can they give you, the voting public, that these machines WILL NOT connect to the internet on election day.

Funny they seem to contradict themselves. "Are not connected to any network" vs "Cannot automatically connect"

So at what point in time and for what reason WPULD so.eone be ALLOWED to connect them to the internet?

Under that wording they could connect manually in the morning and have stayed connected all day.
