My husband is being terminated tomorrow due to him not taking the clot shot. He will be having a telephone exit interview with his HR department which is based in Boston we live in Colorado. We wanna make sure that he doesn’t say/sign anything that would somehow jeopardize his right to sue for unlawful termination down the road as he has put in both a medical and religious exemption but the company has turned them both down.We know that they will also be asking for him to sign certain forms tomorrow so we’re just trying to cover our asses so if anyone has any resources, websites, phone numbers of anyone we can call to find out what he should and shouldn’t sign or say we would really appreciate it. Thank you so much. You people here are Lifesavers 🙏 May God keep you all safe end that you are never put in this situation!🇺🇸 FJB🇺🇸‼️

If Colorado is a one-party consent state, then record the conversation. If not, take notes and request EVERYTHING in writing.
Say nothing. Sign nothing. No "yes" and "no", only such as "acknowledged".
You're already late getting to a lawyer. Don't let it get any later. Get a lawyer immediately. Call your local bar association and ask for recommendations. Get a consultation immediately. If you have a case, they will likely take it on contingency. But don't quote me on that. Get multiple consultations with multiple lawyers if you can afford it.
