(At least 30 years) Have I ever seen a line this long to vote on 8 propositions. Usually the only time there’s a line this long is when it’s republicans voting in a primary. Not quite sure what to make of this but thought I’d share

People are pissed!
And this was a first, I was happy to see....along with our little scrap of paper with the 5 digit code to vote, they also handed me a sheet of paper. The new voting booths had printers that printed your ballot after you voted, then you check it to make sure it's all correct and take that piece of paper to another machine to scan it in.
my polling place has that... Makes a great paper trail, just in case something jickie happens during counting
There was no line when I went but more people then I usually see in a non-presidential election. There was also not a lot on our ballot this time.
Got to our polling place at 9ish this morning, also voting for 8 propositions & a long line started to form. The poll worker said it was getting busy. I responded that’s good. Some other voter chimed in saying: It’s about time, we’ve been asleep too long. We need to take our country back!
It's like they were promised beer.
