I posted a couple days ago on my success with Ivermectin while dealing with this 'ronas. The last few days I am having bouts of wild hard core brain fog and laziness - like I am on a bad hangover from years gone by.
I haven't been taking my normally daily does of ACV (Apple Cider Vinegar) in the last week or so. When I took a couple gulps - mixed with water - my fog seem to go away and feel much more "here" and like myself. Thought I would mention it in case it could help someone.. God Bless
I’ve been taking NAC for the past 2 weeks. Since last year I’ve struggled to catch my breath doing any sort of cardio. I was nothing short of amazed yesterday when doing a cardio workout at pre-Covid levels and had no shortness of breath. I thought I might be a fluke so I did it again tonight, same thing. Absolutely a believer now.
I have tried it once or twice - but Thanks for the tip. I will keep going with it.
