FBI was created for one reason only and that was to get Al Capone on Federal tax evasion charges and then it was supposed to have been disbanded. When it comes to government power there is no such thing as temporary.

I wouldn't be surprised if they actually supported Bonnie and Clyde, and all the rest, just to arm themselves as a corrupt terrorist force against us civilians....
