NY also voted against (in a 61/39 split) election propositions #1 - Against Changes to Redistricting Process, #2 Against Allowing the Legislature to Pass Same-Day Voter Registration and #4 Against Allowing Legislature to Pass No-Excuse Absentee Voting ... its something, but NYC always skews the NY red.
